My name is Cagla, and I am an independent cleaning professional based in London. I have been working with private households and businesses for 5 years, helping clients maintain clean, comfortable and well-cared-for spaces.
Because I work independently, I am personally responsible for every part of the service – from the first conversation to the completion of the cleaning. My clients do not have to deal with changing staff or unfamiliar cleaners. They can expect the same person, the same level of care and the same professional approach at every appointment.

Approach
Every client should be satisfied with the result. I take the time to understand what each client expects and aim to complete every appointment to a standard they are genuinely happy with.
Trust is built through consistency. I believe that arriving prepared, communicating clearly and delivering the same high standard each time are essential to maintaining long-term client relationships.
Every space deserves individual care. Homes, workplaces and individual belongings all have different requirements, so I adapt my approach rather than applying the same routine to every job.
Professional service should also feel personal. As an independent cleaner, I work directly with every client and remain personally accountable for the quality of every appointment.
Preparation is part of a professional service. I bring my own cleaning products and equipment, allowing clients to book with confidence and without having to organise materials in advance.
Honesty is more important than making unrealistic promises. When a task requires specialist equipment or expertise, I explain this clearly and, where possible, recommend a trusted professional from my network.

I provide regular and one-off cleaning services for private homes, rental properties, offices and other commercial spaces. Every appointment can be adapted to the size, condition and specific requirements of the property.
Regular cleaning may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surface care, waste removal and general tidying. For one-off or deeper appointments, additional attention can be given to areas such as skirting boards, internal cupboards, fixtures, appliances and less frequently cleaned surfaces.
I can also help with the cleaning of selected furniture, white goods and household items. Where a job requires specialist machinery or a highly specific treatment, I can advise you honestly and, where possible, recommend trusted professionals from my network.
